When his job took him abroad, the house sat empty, and it still cost money every month in maintenance and utility bills. He decided to rent it out on Airbnb. Guests came, and the demand showed him there was a real market for private, well-kept homes. He decided to build it into a business, and Haven Holiday Homes was founded in 2021. The second home was in Bhurban. A friend of Awais had a six-bedroom home there sitting idle and asked him to run it the same way.
