Who we are

Haven Holiday Homes is a Pakistan-based short-term rental company, hosting families, groups, wedding guests, family reunions, family events and overseas Pakistanis since 2021.

We have hosted more than 5,000 guest stays across 25+ fully furnished homes, from pine-forest houses in Khaira Gali and Nathia Gali to city homes in Islamabad and Lahore.

Our homes have full kitchens and UPS power backup, and our team looks after guests from the first enquiry to check-out.

Our story

How Haven started.

Haven began with a home Awais Anjum Warraich built for his own living. When his job took him abroad, the house sat empty, and it still cost money every month in maintenance and utility bills. He decided to rent it out on Airbnb.

Guests came, and the demand showed him there was a real market for private, well-kept homes. He decided to build it into a business, and Haven Holiday Homes was founded in 2021.

The second home was in Bhurban. A friend of Awais had a six-bedroom home there sitting idle and asked him to run it the same way. Haven has grown from those first two homes to 25+ homes across Pakistan.

Every stay is fully private, never a shared room. Most Haven homes are independent homes, villas and cottages, with no other guests inside.

Made for families

Full kitchens and 2 to 7 bedrooms, from cosy cottages to large family homes, so everyone can stay together under one roof.

Safe and secure

Most of our homes are in gated communities, giving families a calm, secure setting for their stay.

Help in the home

Caretaker and household help are available during your stay. Each listing shows exactly what is included.

Power backup and easy timings

Every home has UPS power backup, and selected homes also have a generator.
