How much does Haven charge to manage my property?
Booking management is typically 20% and full management typically 40% of the total payment received for each booking. You only pay when your home earns, and there is no fee for nights without bookings.
How much can my property earn as a short-term rental?

Yes. Many of the owners we work with are overseas Pakistanis. We handle everything on the ground, keep you updated on WhatsApp and pay you after each booking, so you never need to be in Pakistan to run your home.
How do you choose guests and protect my home?
Haven homes are for family and group stays only, and parties, alcohol and drugs are not allowed. Our team communicates with every guest before arrival, you receive the guest details for every stay, and under full management a caretaker looks after the home throughout each stay.

Yes. We list and manage suitable properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and other short-term rental channels depending on the property type and location, and improve listing presentation, guest communication and booking performance.
Where does Haven Holiday Homes operate?
