Welcome to Haven Holiday Homes. Haven Holiday Homes is a brand operated by Haven Holidays Tourism L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Haven", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website, booking our properties, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified. Payment methods accepted will be displayed during the booking process. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include service or cleaning fees where noted. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Haven Holidays Tourism L.L.C.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
The same cancellation policy applies to all properties. Cancellations made 3 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to guest behaviour may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for complying with local laws, noise restrictions, and community rules during their stay.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are specified for each property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may include additional charges.
5. Smoking and House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Guests who smoke indoors may be charged an additional cleaning fee and, in some cases, a penalty. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Guests are also expected to respect rules regarding pets, events and maximum occupancy as stated in each property listing.
6. Liability
Haven Holiday Homes is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during a guest's stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
7. Services
We may provide additional services such as cleaning and cooking upon request. Service availability may depend on property location and booking terms.
8. Website Use
Our website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Haven Holiday Homes. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided during bookings or service requests will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective once posted on our website.
