1. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Full payment is required unless a partial payment arrangement is agreed in advance. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and may involve additional charges. Guests must provide a valid CNIC or passport at check-in for security records.

3. Guest Registration

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests must be declared and approved in advance and extra charges may apply.

Events, gatherings or parties require prior approval.

4. House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property and surrounding community.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas
  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval
  • Illegal substances, weapons or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited

5. Property Care & Liability

Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage, loss or breakage must be reported immediately and repair or replacement costs may be charged if applicable.

Haven Holiday Homes is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or interruptions in services such as electricity, internet or water that are outside the host’s control.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in – full refund
  • 1–2 days before check-in – 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show – no refund

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation or making payment, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
