A reservation is confirmed once payment is received in full. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a partial payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in advance with Haven Holiday Homes.

Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to or upon arrival at the property. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to property availability and may incur additional charges. Requests should be made in advance to allow proper arrangement.

All guests are required to present a valid CNIC or passport at the time of check-in for security verification and guest record purposes.

Only guests listed in the confirmed reservation are permitted to occupy the property. Any additional guests must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to approval by Haven Holiday Homes.

Additional guest charges may apply depending on the number of occupants and property capacity.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and maintain considerate behaviour towards the property and the surrounding community at all times.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas of the property
• Pets are welcome with prior written approval from Haven Holiday Homes
• Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises
• Noise levels must remain reasonable, particularly during late evening and overnight hours
• All property amenities must be used responsibly and returned to their original condition

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay. The property should be left in a clean and orderly state upon check-out.

Any damage, loss, or breakage that occurs during the stay must be reported to Haven Holiday Homes immediately. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method used at the time of booking.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the guest and Haven Holiday Homes. By confirming a reservation or submitting payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this document.

Haven Holiday Homes reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any material changes prior to the commencement of their stay.
